What'll happen to notch apples when you update to 1.9?

They will cost alot more to buy since they can no longer be made

Other than that no real reason. So it seems like it will still be in the game, either by already having them or obtaining them as a drop or maybe in chests in mines, etc. Who knows.

You can still make the normal golden apples (the ones using Ingots). It's just the ones using blocks that can no longer be made.

Think about it, the animals aren't going to die, they're just resetting. If anything, it's good for the animals that got killed for meat and other resources because by resetting, those animals never died in the first place.

My poor huge wasteland base, all gone. 2000 block nether rail? Gone. Massive lighthouse? GONE!! Took it all apart today

But why do it in the waste? I mean we all know it'll be reset. Make it in frontier and it can last forever.
