Upgraded to Diamond but there was a problem.

  1. I upgraded my account to diamond, but the payment was held. I had to re-verify my account with paypal before the payment could be restored. I was upgraded to diamond right after I set up the subscription but downgraded after it was held. Now that the payment has been restored, and submitted, I have not been re-upgraded to Diamond.

  2. i suggest private messaging JustinGuy. whenever i have had supporter or payment issues he has always been helpful in making things right.
