Anyone can get on the Contribution Team, whether one day old or eight hundred days old! If you have all the qualities of a good contributor, then you'll be a candidate no matter what age on the Empire. Maxarias herself became a mod after around a month of playing EMC, I believe.
He deserves it!! i've talked to him a few times on mumble and he knows his stuff, even though he is only like 26 days old or something

Great job on the new wiki! It looks so much more complete and easy to navigate! One thing i noticed about the new player guide, you don't mention that there is a 100r fee for summoning in the wild....this can hit a new player pretty hard, so you might want to give them a heads up. Also you might mention that you can go to a specific spawn by typing n, s, e, w, or center. It can be frustrating when you die to have to keep running thru portals trying to get back to your location, much easier to go directly to the spawn you want. Thanks for all the hard work!
