Underwater anomaly?

  1. So I was swimming around in the ocean and I noticed a strange anomaly underwater.. 2x3x3 airpockets in random places under water..   3. Do they always spawn in triplicate? I saw another set before this one and it had 3 also..

  4. I have no clue... I have seen these plenty of times but I have never taken notice of how many there are.
