[Suggestion] Lead Flag

  1. Hey fellas!

    This is a suggestion to add a flag for the lead. Currently this ability to leash an animal is covered by the build flag, what if you don't want someone to build on your residence? What if you want someone to just have the ability to leash animals? Let's make a separate flag for the lead.

    im using llamas all the time ^.^

    but shells vote should probably not count b/c im the one using the llamas, he only gets to lead us :D
