There are a maximum of 128 end portals in a minecraft world. In a world as old as the frontier, finding an end portal past a certain distance from the outposts is nearly impossible. One possible way to rectify this would be to create a new senior staff service which would allow players to place end portals at any location. Of course there would need to be a fairly high fee to prevent this from being overpowered, perhaps something around 250,000 rupees.
do it via a tp sign to the end and Empire based (no need to add SS service imo) - Empire must meet certain requirements (maybe minimum amount of members, minimum levels if Empires eventually get a leveling/progression system) - Empire can only buy this sign once per smp (or maybe the subsequent signs are just extra costly. First sign 500k, second sign 1m, third and final sign 2m). - - Unlike lock signs, these do get refunded to 95% of cost instead of 50% - - Only an Admin of an empire can place these - Cost could be a mix of rupees and tokens.
Interesting idea but the membership requirement would be annoying for people who play solo, and tying it to empires complicates things. Plus an end portal looks much cooler than sign

I think the tp sign is fair but at that rate why not just have tp sign to anywhere for whatever fee/requirements like a teleport to your outpost no need for lugging things around in ice boat tunnels or by elytra.I think an outpost teleport would be more useful but I do like the idea.
