The Outposts forum kind of has everything all mixed up together in it. As someone interested in maybe joining an outpost, finding recruiting threads is like separating one colour of M&M out from a giant bag of them. There's no real standard for the threads, so just a sub-forum of Outposts forum that people can post their recruitment threads would make things much easier. It would probably help with outpost growth as well.
+1, although this could be another subforum like the Establishment Requests Pending already is. I have an outpost recruiting thread and it might get more attention in a subforum/separate forum section.
