Hey, I found at least 1 cave spider spawner. Are they able to be picked up? I would like to farm them.
spawners can not be mined, only destroyed, sorry, if you want to farm them you need to do so in the current location.
There are a variety of ways to deal with spawners. You can dig a 25-block pit underneath so that when they spawn they fall and lose all but one half heart. You can set up a keyhole system which allows you to hit them with a weapon, but keeps them from reaching you. You can also put in a watercourse to funnel their drops to a single spot.
