Hi! I'm a new player to EMC and I've been exploring the frontier around the center outpost. Much of the builds were created by players more than four years ago and have been severely griefed. I found this sign, pictured below. The players who placed the signs haven't been active in ages. I would like to set up and live in the area but it says they would like to be contacted... what should i do? only one of them had a forum account and was last active in 2017.
