[Selling] Residence 195 on SMP1

  1. On SMP1 I am selling my old residence 195. I am asking 30K for it, but price is negotiable.

    There are NO chests, NO structures, and NO items included. This is essentially a blank, reset res being sold because it has a good number for a mall or something like that. It is also an "edge" res near the corner.

    The res next to it is derelict as of right now, and the two reses above and below it are both going to be derelict in less than 10 days. This is the perfect spot to start your multi- res project now!
