So odd question, but when wastes reset does it use a random seed, or is it a set seed? edit: does it also effect the nether and end?
I'm fairly certain that it's a random seed. If it were a set seed, then people would recognize the landscape and could (for lack of better word) "xray" the ores in a singleplayer world to find the same ores on EMC. I've spoken to a couple mods on EMC's Discord, they are not allowed to give out the seed(s) for anything, since that would make it that much easier for the world to be robbed of the materials.
