  3. Officially reverse auctions close after 7 days of no bids, but I personally think that if the reverse auction host still wants the item at this price (have her comfirm that), it can go on. :)

  4. This reverse auction is dead, yes. However, I'd be willing to negotiate with you in a PM if you want to sell me a Valens, because I'm still looking for one. Just be sure to include Slvr in the PM, because she is in possession of some of the rupees for it at the moment and the Valens is actually for her.
