So, I am in the market to sell a group of residences together as a package. They are in a cluster, all four within the two sets of double roads. Numbers 723, 825, 826, and 827 are included. I know people spend quite a bit of time trying to acquire these clusters, and I am curious to know what something like this would sell for. My current knowledge about this is that residences closer to spawn sell for upwards of 2 mil each, and corner residences sell for about half that. I have limited sources on that, but I trust their information. So, I would welcome any advice or constructive thoughts on a good price, and any recommendations on potential buyers. Thanks!
