I love to see new outposts established. This one looks a little too close to spawn though. Here's a link to the guidelines...player outposts must be 5000 blocks away from spawn. https://empireminecraft.com/threads/how-to-establishing-your-outpost.46390/ Also, there can't be any prior builds from other players in that area. When you claim the area you'll get rights to prevents neighbors from building...and that doesn't work if they arrived first Use /map to scout around your area for other builds. That said don't get discouraged! You can continue to build where you are without establishing as an outpost. Or you can try again at a spot further out in unexplored territory. Good luck!
