Netherrack can usually sell between 10 and 64r per stack. One stack of Nether Brick (brick item) requires 1 stack of Netherrack and 8 pieces of coal, so assuming coal is between 64 and 100r per stack, Nether Brick (item) should sell between 18 and 77r. A stack of Nether Brick (block) requires for stacks of the brick item, or it can be mined. Being mine-able can reduce the max price by a bit, so based off of previous prices, one stack of Nether Brick (block) should sell between 50r and 300r, usually well below 200r (due to mine-ability) So a DC of Nether Brick (brick) should sell between 972r and 4158r and a DC of Nether Brick (block) should sell between 2700r and 16524r, again usually staying lower (under 11000) Best of luck in buying/selling your items!
