(Suggestion) Poll can be created when after thread is created

  1. So, this will make you easier in some case, like if you would like to modify your poll or sth, you can easily change to suite your ideas.
    Currently emc forums does not allow edit/create polls once created a thread.

  2. I believe this is a limitation of the version of Xenforo that EMC uses. Likely not possible to add with the software currently in use.
