Well I may have found a clue, on a chat channel we go on there is a User called LNQ, one of the words in the puzzle, and his whois message says: Hurra for alle som skjønner hva som står her!
When I paste that into Google Translate it gives me Norwegian as the language and in English means "Cheers to all who understand what it says here"
