Well we can't really tell Justin to change how much XP mobs give off. EMC is designed to be a pure vanilla survival without all those bells and whistles. However the mob that gives the highest XP are Blaze. They give more since because they are harder to kill without any help from potions.
The voting should be more specific since other seems to count many mobs both easy and hard and zombies are easier to kill than pig zombies
