Minecart Track for Loading Chunks?

If I put a minecart track around my gold farm that goes around both layers of it, will it load enough for all the portals to function? If not, how could I load all of them. Below is a prototype design.

Below is the first layer of portals. I am working on a second layer of portals. The portals are under ground level if it wasn't obvious from the picture.
