I have a pre-made 4-res build I could sell you that looks amazing and is massive, custom designed by Rex1o. Check out /smp2 @ /v 4705 - the tp signs work. The dirt under all 4 residences has been cleared, and the only thing the shop is missing is the chests for stock
Well mine is already done and built in-game, as well as one of the best builds I think I've ever seen, so it's a better option imo
