Ok, so i did fet out, but i had to break two pistons. i dont know who built the door but i didnt grief it on purpose. not sure how to put this back together.
I'm glad you got out. Did you check /staff in-game? There's usually someone on who would be able to help you, I think.
Did this ever get sorted out? Redstone needs placed in the /npmode for it to work properly and if you just repair it that should be fine.
