Um, hi? I'm BayLaurel. Just joined this server after a long hiatus from Minecraft; still getting used to everything new. I actually had a question – is there an economy surrounding mobs? One of my first finds out in the server wilds was a snow fox, and it's gotten me curious. Since (peaceful) mobs are easily tradeable, do people buy and sell them? I also picked up some wolves and am confused as to whether or not they'll be tame when released – the wiki implies so, but it also implies that you have to tame the wolf before you can eggify it. (And no, the snow fox is not for sale. It's too darn cute.)
Welcome back BayLaurel! There is a market for mob eggs or specific mob drops. However, you would have to find the right part of the market to "tap into" to sell them~ Welcome back to Minecraft, a lot has changed in your absence.
