Hiring miners to help mine a large area

Well I am looking for some miners to do some work for me you will get payed on the amount of work you do
You get to keep all resorses and its down to diamond level so we'll you can get a lot of diamonds

Pm me if interested I'm on on saterday and sundays to check progress while you mine you will be loading a gunpowder farm so you can get free gunpowder

Can I get some more information on the job? How "big" exactly is a "large" area? Can I get some numbers please?

Well where you would be mining is at smp6 wild E gunpowder farm its to improve efficiency rates

You can see what needs to be mined there I don't have the chunks counted yet
