I dont use mod personally, I am perfectly fine and have good reflex and feel confident What are the 3 Ls for passages above? Level, Light level, and lava and water free What is the deposit to start mining and what does it cover? 14K and it covers 3 pickaxe that you supply How many blocks between each hall with chests? 250 blocks between each chest What do you do with mined goods? empte the goodies from my inventory, place them in a minecart with a chest Inside of it, and send it on its way What do you have to worry about when filling in holes after mining ores? Make sure the area is well lit, have no holes, and have no water lava flowing Inside the hall --Experience-- What ores can you expect to find in a mine? Diamonds, Iron, Gold, Coal, Lapis, Redstone, Emerald How can you quickly neutralize a pool of lava? Water bucket What can you do to quickly mine through the top layer of obsidian? Water source on my feet, and make sure to retrieve obsidian before they burn What should you do if you fall into a pool of lava? Try to get out in time and use a water bucket, I would bring a fire resistance potion in case of lag issues would happen in the same time. What should you do in a situation where you are swarmed with mobs and almost dead? My main reflex is to surround myself of blocks and wait to heal. Or run away and block the cave to make sure the halls is safe What should be done before mining diamonds? I mine all around the diamonds ore and make sure nothing destroy the diamonds or annoys me in the process Should you ever mine the block above/below you? Never mine above or below you ! --Availability-- When are you available for training? (Give a few possible times.) During the night mostly, after 17 P.M. ( -05:00utc ) How often do you expect to be mining each week? Just saying, as one of the miners, it is truly a fantastic idea. The implementation is the system is spot on and works well. There has been no problems that haven't been resolved in a timely manner (if any problems at all). You do earn as much as this thread says if not more. While I haven't really met up with some of the other miners (#AustralianTimezonesRuinsAllTheFun), seeing the leaderboards etc really motivates you to get out there and do some more mining. The AutoSwitch mod also helps a ton and makes mining so much more pleasant. I love this so much I can't exactly put it into words, hence this masterpiece of a post! Come join us!

The mod mentioned in the first post is not on the wikipage anymore. - What are the 3 Ls for passages above? - Level Ground, Lighting, Lava-free - What is the deposit to start mining and what does it cover? - 14,000 r - How many blocks between each hall with chests? - 250 - What do you do with mined goods? - Put into minecart, write report - What do you have to worry about when filling in holes after mining ores? - Keep ground level, free from liquids, etc. ## Experience - What ores can you expect to find in a mine? - Lapis Lazuli, with max probability at 13-16 and linearly decreasing above and below. - Diamonds, 1 vein/chunk. Spawns below 16. - Emeralds in Extreme Hills. - Iron, coal, redstone, gold, all valuable. - !Have a crafting table to save space with redstone/coal/lapis - How can you quickly neutralize a pool of lava? - Waterbucket on top. When mining obsidian, make sure water is flowing onto it, so if the block is mined, the water extinguishes the lava below before it can destroy the obsidian block. - What can you do to quickly mine through the top layer of obsidian? - See above post. Use a high-efficiency pick and *do not move* while mining. - What should you do if you fall into a pool of lava? - Get out! Place a dirt block to help jumping, if necessary. And have a Waterbucket handy. - What should you do in a situation where you are swarmed with mobs and almost dead? - Run? Kill creepers first? If I die, avoid equipment falling into lava. Remember coordinates. - What should be done before mining diamonds? - Remove all the Blocks surrounding then to prevent them falling into lava, obviously. - Should you ever mine the block directly above/below you? - No. In almost all circumstances, not. ## Availability - When are you available for training? (Give a few possible times.) - Evenings (GMT+1, +1h DST) on weekdays, varying on weekends - How often do you expect to be mining each week? This is a mining operation. Not a shop he would probably buy them off of ya though depending. Try pming him about it or starting another thread to sell em for someone that's only been on the forums since January that's pretty impressive though
About 371k rupees from mining the full DC. I will add that I have constantly found it easier to get many more resources much faster in the mining layout Azoundria has set up, it is an extremely professional and well thought out setup.
Sweet! I'm around tonight for a few hours. I guess it's wee hours there though. And tomorrow morning, which will be your afternoon. So I guess the earliest we can train you is the weekend. Regarding AutoSwitch, it used to be there. I don't see it on the disallowed mod list. There was a long period of time (several months around 1.7) when the mod didn't work on Minecraft, so it may have been removed from the list for that reason. I assume if it were moved to be disallowed there would be an announcement or at least a listing on the disallowed mods list, and I've sought clarification from chickeneer. In the meantime, I'm going based on the fact that it was acceptable to use previously and I had prior permission to use it. The mod is not required, but very very helpful. It doesn't give any unfair advantage, just switches to the right tool as you're mining, so I don't see why it would be disallowed. It's easier to carry around planks than a crafting table. Planks can make a crafting table, or torches, or chests if you really run out of space (then you can mine the next tunnel 5 blocks over and grab from the chest on your way back). Always hiring. How long it takes is going to depend on how fast you catch on. Considering your posts I would guess an hour to two hours. again, its going to depend on how fast you learn. Also, if you are like me and ask a million questions it could make it take longer lol.
