  1. I would like to establish a new outpost at Nesingwary's locked chest, The plan is building a medium sized city with sorrounding village and fortress containing an underground facility

    -Server SMP6
    -50000 blocks away from EMP,
    -Base Started and waiting for approval and establishment

    Approved Players to build within the city:

    -Pantupino
