[Help Needed] A Thing not crafting on banner

  1. Hello all!

    I am trying to create a banner utilizing the A thing design (which utilizes a golden apple and a dye) and it is not working apparently. I am trying to craft the A thing design on top of the Green Flower Charge

    See below:


    Does anyone know why this is the case? I have even taken a blank Black Banner, and tried crafting and it does not work either.

    EDIT: Derp on my part-- was not using enchanted golden apples-- I was only using golden apples.
