I know this forum game was a thing a bit back, but this popped into my head independent of the last one. So how you play is you would respond to the person before you's question, than make up your own.
Ex:

And then so on and so on.

Both of my thumbs. Because, with some serious surgery, it is possible I could have fake thumbs (prosthetic ones).
