Sebia offers New Kalmar a partnership with ISOM. We believe it can benefit both our nations from the spying activities from others.
ISOM has launched a new spy detection piece of software and tactic. Within [4 posts], 80% of spies within Sebia and New Kalmar would have been successfully removed and arrested. ISOM is also in charge of drone technology for Sebia, and are in the process of creating new drones. The current ones have been set to fly around the Eastern Africa (by ALZA), as well as parts of Europe (by the USSR). These drones are undetectable to anti-air turrets and radar. There are currently no weaponised drones in use.
We request that drones not be allowed within SCAU airspace for any purposes unless authorized. Unauthorized drones found within our airspace will be captured or shot down.
They would never enter SCAU anyway. Our current relationship with SCAU is at a good level and they have not attempted (to our knowledge anyway), to spy on Sebia.
Most of that discussion was me making a joke about the irony and brutality of how in the 21st century NK is beheading people.

ALZA begins research on laser technology and the development of "laser guns", capable of frying a person in one blast and sending radioactive material in the local area.
