The Uno Turbo mk2 - do you all prefer this one or the mk1 above? I prefer the mk1 personally Still got to admit they are all awesome though!
Let us move on from the Uno Turbos now, kicking off with perhaps one of the best 124 Spiders I've ever seen! So shiny! An Alfa Romeo, I believe it's a 145 Cloverleaf but it could be a standard 145, I'm not an expert of Alfas but you can't fault the fact that they're awesome
A very rare Fiat 131 Abarth. While the 131 was normally a family car, the Abarth was more of a... kitted out full on speed and aggression rally car! And what I believe to be yet another rare Fiat 128
Another Alfa Romeo 145 Cloverleaf. If you didn't know, the number plate gives it away as well - slick plate! Only a few of these Tipos left now, we saw one earlier but we always have room for more Tipos here
The Mondial - 3.2l classic Ferrari. If I were to have a Ferrari at any stage, this would be one of my first picks A rare Fiat 850 Sport!
Fiat Panda Selecta! Nice to see another classic Panda similar to mine A Lancia Y10 (Turbo apparently, but none have been on the road since 2015 so either a rebadge, a DVLA fault or it was trailered perhaps...)
One of my favourite Ferraris, the Testarossa... I want one... what aggressive 80's lines! The Dino GT is a favourite too
I think I keep saying "favourite Ferraris" so I'm just going to leave you this one without saying anything about it, the glorious Ferrari F40... An awesome Italian supercar without the Lamborghini or Ferrari name? Maserati, that's right! An awesome classic Merak, don't see the Ferraris etc often at all, let alone these rare gems
The mighty Fiat 126! The first I have seen in person other than Gadge's white 126 This is the older Fiat 126p type which has the air cooled engine and metal bumpers!
Next up, one of the best cars of all time The classic Fiat Panda! This one is a late UK model mk2 Colour edition, not my favourite of models but it was in good nick and fetched £3.15k recently at auction! Which is quite a lot... for a Panda...
Still a fair amount of Brooklands pictures to go! After that there's a good selection from Forza Live, after that there will be 4x4 Panda meet pictures. But right now, there's a couple of classic Fiat 500s being all cute and stuff And, er, an old mk3 Ford Fiesta. Are these classic yet? I suppose they're fast becoming a classic, not many of this type shape one left now I'm imagining... the mk4 Fiesta is still a plentiful model though, not that it looked any good in comparison
The Panda meet is this weekend, which means Fendy Photography is taking a break - though I'll be back with more Brooklands afterwards, then I'll have lots of Panda photos after all that is done! For now, more Auto Italia... one proper mean Range Rover 6x6! One very strangely converted ambulance Series 3 Land Rover as well!
And we're back! Not only do we have Panda 4x4 off road adventure photos, but some holiday photos too, some of which I may share if I get them uploaded to the page at some point. But first, we still have plenty of Brooklands and Forza Live photos to look at, and there's another couple of car events coming soon too, so it's clear that these photos are going to keep us going for a long while! Kicking it back off at Brooklands with a very rare De Tomaso Pantera And the Maserati BiTurbo, likely my favourite Maserati! The red looks great on it too
A bit more Maserati today, this one has one of the coolest rear ends for a sport car. A glass rear end? Awesome! Doesn't help that anyone can see your shopping but it seemed like a nice idea... Honestly, this was probably one of the best vehicles I've ever seen. I was very excited to see this, it's called the Ranger. And it's yellow. And it's cool. Okay, so a bit more... it's called the Ferves Ranger, based on a Fiat 500 and using a rear mounted 499cc two cylinder in-line engine. Not many made at all and very rare Italian cars, they were available as 2wd or 4x4 and topped out at 45 miles per hour! The Ranger also borrowed suspension and brakes from the Fiat 600. What do you all think? I was super excited! They're so rare and extremely expensive for such a little car as a result
Next up, another very interesting and fairly rare Italian car, parked right next to the yellow Ferves Ranger! The Fiat 500 Furgoncino Van. This one is owned by Ricambio, an Italian car parts company, that I have bought parts from for my Panda in the past I believe this is a Lancia Beta Coupe. It's definitely an awesome Lancia rally winning car, and I bet it sounds awesome too! Just look at that rear end!
Little but mighty, this Abarth 1000 Grand Prix! It may be low down and tiny but it still looks mean and ready to race! A rare Lancia Fulvia Sport 1600! These old Italian cars sure do look striking in this kind of red
We've seen a lot of the new Fiat 124 and I believe we had the rally spec one photographed at last year's Festival of Speed - this year at Brooklands though, the real deal, an actual classic Fiat 124 rally car. This is what we're talking about Next up, one of the most iconic Lamborghinis, and possibly considered one of the first ever "full blown supercars"... the Lamborghini Miura
Yet another of what used to be a normal car and now one of the rarest cars in the country on the road... the Alfa Romeo Alfasud, of which there were two next to each other! Big V6 in this big sporty Alfa Romeo 4 door saloon. Can't remember the exact model now but I bet these are few and far between as well!
With most of these cars this age, they were very or at least not too rare to find a good few years ago, but now all of them are extremely rare. However, the following Alfa Romeo is one that has an entirely different story. Yes, it's a rare car but it always has been - and that's where things get interesting, while the Alfa Romeo SZ was initially produced 1989-1991, the numbers actually went from approximately 25 registered in 1994/5 up to 47 in 2003. 47 is the peak number on the road in 2003/4, but what's even more interesting is that while there are less on the road now, in total (including cars not currently on the road) there are now 57 in the UK. So, for once, I've found a car that actually became more common over a period of years... it's still extremely rare, and it's likely that some have been imported from overseas or not registered for a few years after production, but even so it's a very interesting thing to see compared to the normal downward spiral of other cars! (it must also be noted that SORN off the road car records from around 2007 so there were likely a few more of these in earlier years as well) It all goes back to normal with another rare downwards spiral from a once fairly common car with this Alfa though!
