Ya that intro song was awesome. Will be stuck in my head for the next few days. Not sure when it will take place though. I noticed there was a date on the pipboy: 27 OCT 2105 0634. Vault 76 was also one of the first vaults to be opened. It opened 20 years after construction ended in 2069. So with the date on the Pipboy, that would be 33 years. So maybe this game takes place 175 years before Fallout 3. Also I believe Fallout 4 mentions that Vault 76 is in Washington DC, which is where Fallout 3 takes place.
