failed to verify username WTF

  1. do you guys know why when i try to log in it says "failed to verify username" AND I CANT LOG IN if you cannot fix this problem can you give me a longer no log in time because i have ALOT of stuff on my res. not necessarily work (i have very little i do most on other peoples res) and i dont want to loose my stuff.
    I'm reseting my res later but i dont want to loose my stuff!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!!
