   It's just a rail line in the Nether. If you didn't know, traveling 1 block in the Nether is the name as 8 in the overworld. This makes transport much faster. Basically, to make it, take the coordinates after entering the nether in your outpost and build a rail line back to the nether spawn. This is 8x quicker in result than building one in the overworld.
