A powerful Ice Witch has descended upon the region, cursing it with eternal frost and freezing the heart of the jungle itself. The once warm temples now shimmer with cruel beauty, encased in glittering ice and guarded by enchanted creatures twisted by the cold. Legends whisper that deep within the complex of temples and ruins is scattered many remnants of the empire long since destroyed by the vicious rime. Scour through the now frozen ruins to find yourself treasures from a bygone era! 25 chests are hidden throughout the jungle. Find them and claim randomized prizes! Chests in more challenging spots may have better loot chances.
A couple notes. 1) No more turkeys, but there might be a Blizzzard rolling through. 2) I just restarted the server to hopefully remove the erroneous container message when you claim a chest. 3) improve the server switching commands. Recent Minecraft updates had messed up some of the command completions Some of the chests are pretty difficult. So don't stress about getting them all! Fun only!

Back again due to popular demand, === Smart Elf Club 2025 Edition === Deep in the jungle also roam a secret group of elves. Rumour has it, they used to work for Santa and were replaced by AI and automation from Ice Witch Inc. thermal-extraction-powered systems (which may or may not be responsible for some rather severe recent changes in climate). Whatever the backstory, they're back at it again this year, darting around, keeping warm with secret elf campfire parties, and pulling in all the best bygone era treasures. === Membership Benefits === Collect better loot and save yourself time! The smart elf club is a data sharing club for /event. Once you share your chest and loot data on 5 or more chests, you can get full access to all data location and loot data for every chest! Share your data to help other players and save yourself days of time and effort! Members get access to location details and a loot table for every chest. We also prepare details and average market value of each loot item. Chests are ranked and compared to determine which truly have the most valuable loot. We also provide screenshots, descriptions, and instructions to help you get to the trickier chests. === How The Club Works === Step 1: Apply for free! Fill out the short application below and send it to azoundria by PM. This gets you free access to Smart Elf Hints to help you find some chests if you're completely stuck. The date of application also locks in your loot data requirements for a full membership. Application form has now been shortened from last year! Step 2: Report loot data! Keep track and report loot you receive from chests as you claim them. Once you report enough data, you will get your full access link. Early Burt (Apply By December 28th): 5 Loot Reports Required Average Joe (Apply By January 4th): 7 Loot Reports Required Late Kate (Apply Anytime Afterward): 9 Loot Reports Required Report loot data on the required number of chests via your application PM thread. You don't need to wait for any approval to start adding the data. Accepted formats of data: A simple text listing X,Y,Z coordinates of the chest and exactly what loot you got. Be sure to carefully check coordinates and include details like colours, enchantments, quantity, and the exact item name. Any format for the text is fine, including CSV or plain text. Screenshots of the chest coordinates and the loot you get. Press F3 to show coordinates then F2 to take the screenshot. Ensure your loot is clearly selected in the hotbar, or take a second screenshot of your inventory in between each chest. If the item has enchantments, hover over it to show any relevant information. You can upload the images to a site like IMGUR, IMGBB, Postimages, or Flickr for free. Then just share the images. You can also send a Google Sheet, or upload a spreadsheet into a Google Sheet and share the link. Be sure that it includes the coordinates and specific loot you get. If you are reporting on multiple accounts, please make it clear which account got which loot! For any chests you already claimed but didn't track carefully, please screenshot or list the total loot you got (if you have it) and also list coordinates and loot of any chests you can remember. Just do your best, and we will do our best to piece it together. If there's only a few chests, it's pretty trivial to figure out. More chests is harder but always helpful. Proper coordinates for a chest are the exact X, Y, and Z of the chest. If you can get those, it's helpful and please mention that you did. As long as you are close, I can match fairly easily. Step 3: Enjoy full data access! Congratulations! Once your information has been reviewed, you'll get a unique access link to our site where you can view screenshot, instructions, and X, Y, Z coordinates to find every chest. Last year we also had a helpful map that one member made! Be sure to continue to provide loot data for any new chests you claim! Data from alt accounts or from friends/family is also super valuable! === Application Form === All members pledge to keep careful notes of exactly what loot you get after you join! (Just do your best if you missed some prior to joining.) To join, just click this link to start a new private message to azoundria. Copy the text below and replace the italics text with your answers: Access is typically set up within 96 hours of your loot report or sooner. However, for the very start of the club/event, it can take 3-5 days to get the system set up. Last year, the chests were still able to be claimed well into February, and there is no deadline to apply. The only impact is in how much data you need to provide for the access link. === Smart Elf Hints Program! === Are you completely stuck and can't find any chests at all? You can ask for help anytime after you apply and we can help you find one chest each time. You can request help once per 3 hours.
