I love that there is usually someone online who is willing to chat. Some days it can be really quiet with everyone doing their own thing. But sometimes, when someone wants to chat for a bit, someone will answer. The human connection can be really nice! I am not always in the mood to be a chatty Katy, but just being around others, it can help your mood... The next time someone asks a question that you don't know the answer to? Tell them that they have been heard - an answer is nice, but being heard might help too.
i love that regardless of how much has gone on/ is going on IRL in the world, EMC is still a free haven from it all. i love EMC.
My favourite part of EMC is its not just a minecraft sever it's a family, it's relaxing and fun to play on after a long hard day. The community is vibrant, its filled with different people from all over the world. We all bring our own uniqueness to the server wether its in buildings or other creations, that are all over EMC. We all get to know different things about each other too. The server is very alive with new people asking what to do when confused and other players help guide them through and answering all their questions. We all face our own experiences on emc and difficulties like dying 3 times in the nether and asking for help but end up figuring a way to get all the items, and followuming advise that is given to you. All the staff members help keep the server alive and more fun with new events, updates, and much more. Which is why I call emc my second home.

Yeah, I prefer dark chocolate with almonds. I'm not diabetic, but I still value my health, not to mention find the taste of milk chocolate bland by comparison. I still answered "chocolate" in the poll though. I try to limit my sugar to fruit unless it's sweet tea (in the morning or to correct my sleep schedule) or dark chocolate. Happy early Valentine's Day everyone, and thanks for the update! Welcome back AncientTower! #love I love that EMC has something for everyone that isn't trying to do us harm! We have a protected town, a nearly-pristine frontier where farms work and additional cities and communities can be built, a periodically resetting wastelands for mining, minigames, PvP arenas, custom mobs that can be disabled and an economy that doesn't rely strictly on items for currency! There truly is something for everyone! Of course, I also love the community we've built; striking the right balance between being family-friendly and LGBT-friendly is important and something that we've done nearly perfectly, and the community is also just genuinely kind with staff that tend to be reasonably strict but fair.

This is what I really enjoy about emc, the peaceful community. Where chat can go from a serious server question to someone writing random letters because their cat jumped on the keyboard to someone talking about dinner. It's great. If only emc was vr headset compatible the sense of real world escape would be complete. Although I would have to get past my motion sickness bit first.
I love that EMC's a laid-back sort of server, that lets the community game at their own pace, while still also promoting fun event to join in on.
I really love the Towny/Shop system and multiple areas such as wastelands and frontier. Best of both worlds and almost vanilla gameplay.
