   It looks like your claim will be denied. You must be at least 5k blocks from an EMC spawn outpost which you are not. https://empireminecraft.com/threads/how-to-establishing-your-outpost.46390/ Here is a link with the exact details. Sorry about your claim.. This doesn't mean you can't make that place your base. Just means you can't control if people build near you.
