  3. If memory serves me well. I don't think you can make a claim in the Wastelands as it resets every 3 months.

  5. As they've said above claim is only for the /wild and I've been unable to find a locked chest in the wild around the time of your claim. Here is a link to all the requirements for a claim in the /wild.. https://empireminecraft.com/threads/how-to-establishing-your-outpost.46390/

    The /waste is subject to resets and is meant for mining and not for building a permanent base.

  8. I can already tell you're from those coords that's you're to close to an EMC spawn. You need to be at least 5k blocks away from an EMC spawn outpost and 3k blocks from any visible build/established outpost.
