Custom Item Checklist V1.4

Hey Everyone!

Something ive often wished i had was a better way to keep track of what ive got and what im missing,

and im sure im not the only one, So i finally buckled down and make a checklist, Currently the list has 465 items on it but if i missed and please let me know (please see bottom of post for items i wont be adding)

This checklist is made on google sheets, you will need to go to (file > make a copy) to use this

how to use:

On the left is the name of the item and on the right is if you have it or not,

0 = don't own

1 = Owned

Please note that this doesn't support Multiple of the same item, that will break it. never put a number over 1

On the other side of the page is stats for the tab, this picture is of the promotional tab, showing each category on the tab and your progress. as well as overall percentage

and finally the stats tab

i think its fairly self explanatory but this tab has the total counts from each tab in the same format as the stats from the other tabs

Items that i wont be adding:

Any item that cannot be vaulted, mailed etc, without destroying the item

Voters items with names (tools, armor, banners, Weapons)

Items that aren't owned by anyone but Senior Staff+

Items that no longer exist (aka all examples of the item destroyed)

as this isn't easily updated since you have to make a copy of it that doesn't sync with the original il probably only put out a Version 2.0 once theres been a significant difference in the lists, i will try to keep version 1 updated but you would probably have to redo your entire list to use the updated version 1

If you're willing to do it, fixing the issue where it breaks if you put a quantity greater than one is a really easy fix. If you swap "sum(range)" for COUNTIF(range, ">0") it will count the number of cells that have a value greater than 0, but won't sum up the quantities. Same function as now, but this way you can put the actual quantity.
