I am still active in Concordia; however, you can ignore all the points stuff and general governing stuff as the leadership has stopped playing.
I'd recommend PMing 72Volt about taking over concordia. You can rename it, start a new thread, change the rules, whatever, but you'd already have the infrastructure in place! Including players, building, and a railway!
I say that it should remain in the name of 72Volt but should prosper on without him to a great city of mass proportions, carried on by the original members. Possibly we could change ownership if it's really wanted but I don't think one new leader could fulfil what 72Volt wanted. If you all so choose to change leadership, I recommend having the original members of the time before Volt left become the cooperative "dictating" owners of Concordia and have that state of leadership change when required!
Well... I was just going off of the "PM if you want Concordia" thing on his status. Someone has to physically take over control of the actual outpost.
820327, otherwise known as Numbers Guy, shall succeed me as Mayor! I have already guided him through the point system, changed the locks on the chests, and given him my residence (containing all my promos) and rupees.
Not sure, but there still seems to be decent activity around Concordia. Even some new potential residents.
you probably saw me and me amigo dave there. i was checking it out and he seems interested to help out and live there. i am very willing to help out with anything that is needed including any type of building. if any of you have suggestions please do let me know. any other questions are welcome as well

to be honest im interested as well in what i come up with XD though keep in mind to give suggestions as everyone comes up with them that will best help me in doing things to assist everyone
