Hia all! I have been here for 4years, and I have decided to do something (finally) that is more than just building. I have built a 20 odd floor tower is 'downtown SMP2' that is linked with SSRCs amazing developments. Underneath is 2 floors of shops, roughly 16. I want to give these out to other players to sell what they want at their own prices. More aimed at those players who live in the wild and want to make some R, or those players that want to sell certain items and does not want to build a shop. This idea is non for profit to me. Each shop is set up with a storage room that will be subzoned, with relevant flags in those zones. In front of each store room is the shop it self, they vary in sizes. I will provide you with remote shop signs so the shops are nice and clean from unneeded clutter. If you are some what interested, send me a PM and we can move forward.
