  6. That was for maintenance on May 10th. It's May 12th for me, May be May 11th for you. This wasn't planned.

  7. We now interrupt this thread for EMC midnight news!

    A black chicken was spotted on the SMP1 spawn area:


    Considering the fact that black cats are often blamed for bringing bad luck your reporter now believes that this chicken may be the cause for todays outage. When confronting the chicken with this allegation it looked at your reporter with an evil stare, which made us decide to leave the area for now. Also because no staff are online at this moment to protect us.

    A mysterious residence appeared on SMP2:


    At first sight it would appear as if this is a residence of Ms. AyanamiKun but your reporter discovered that she already has 4 residences on SMP4 and no listed residences on SMP2. Could this be a glitch caused by the outage? When trying to contact the listed residence owner about this your reporter got called off because the player said that he was too busy writing up a newsflash. Must be that time of the day again... :confused:

    SMP3 almost overrun by a powerhungry player!

    This just in... While most SMP's are currently occupied by seemingly idle players SMP3 appeared to be completely empty. But not for long... Your reporter caught a player red handed on screenshot who is apparently trying to take over the server! :eek:


    We will keep you updated if further news comes in.

    Baby cow born on SMP5!


    We are happy to report that a baby cow has been born on Patrickstyle's residence on SMP5. Mother and father cow seem very happy and the whole family is doing well.

    New mine discovered on SMP6!

  8. Well, no explicit, you are correct, but implicit yes... They were account database to another database. Maybe to the next room, or maybe even another country(weird to think of that), but... having big changes would always mean bugs/crashes (like this one we are facing)

  10. But you said THIS maintenance was planned. Yes it does mean they MAY be crashes/downtime but if they did the move properly this wouldn't have happened.

  13. Yup, Was a yellow tinted box/bar at the top. For maintenance. Should've made it a popup window as many people just press play.
    I mean I like it for the fact it's pretty fast and lightweight but the look of it is ew :p

  14. Meh. I don't read what they put in there most of the time. I'm still using an old Launcher too =p

    Windows 7 is running my computer! I will use it until games no longer play with it. just like I did with XP!

  16. I haven't been able to play all day. I've actually had to play something else.... Elite Dangerous. On the bright side, I traveled 4,000LY further on my expedition to circumnavigate the Milky Way!

    Time for bed for me. Hopefully it will be back up and running when I get up.

  20. I was toying with the idea to report and request we rename the thread (remove "don't" now that everything back in order) but naah, that's overdoing it ;)

    I think you're right though, this thread has served it's purpose, I'll ask to close it. Because the main reason I started it was to vent about the auth servers being down for so long :)
