No mending unfortunately but flame II is still a very rare and valuable enchant.

Someone just pointed out the durability. I think this auction is not valid as it is not a full durability.

I will look into this.

That's from 2018, didn't see any newer rule changes. There has since been a few auction items with lost durability (here and here for example).
