A few screenshots of the area around Gundugathol. In Tolkien's Khuzdûl (secret tongue of the Dwarves) can roughly translate as "underground fortress" and this is the mountain it shall be within and under. Other side of the waterfalls visible on the left side in the above image. A view from the high point which I think is about 145 or so. I am considering building a spot to launch off with an elytra here. There is a decent mix of biomes nearby; desert, jungle, plains, savanna, and ocean.
