    I'd like to establish an outpost, I've placed a locked chest down at this site on SMP 5.

  2. I'm denying this claim cause you're to close to an EMC spawn outpost. You need to be 5k blocks away from any EMC spawn outpost and 3k blocks from any build or established outposts.     Also, you don't need to follow these guidelines if you're just wanting a base. The perks of having an Established base are in the link.
