    Ever dreamed of the PERFECT mall on EMC, but aren't the skilled builder you wished? Want a Mansion that makes even the richest members envy you? I have been working hard on Building Technique and have done a decent job with interior and the delicacy of the outside work for Minecraft building. I sadly do not have any examples I can show yet, other than my closed casino. So with that, for the next two builds I hopefully get that you trust me when I build your dream.

    Sadly, dreams are never free, I wish though!

    For a small shop I will only charge 10k for a one floor/one *small* storage facility if you supply, if I have to supply I ask for 5k upfront. For a small shop with another sized storage, I just ask for another 2.5k added.

    For a Mall it is an upfront 75k and 20k for every other floor. Storage is only 5k extra.

    For a Dream retirement home, I ask 15k for a small wooden cabin with a cute storage( no add on fee for storage ). A second, or ect, will cost an extra 2.5k.

    A Mansion is a rich mans dream, but a financial nightmare. I ask for 150k for a TWO storage Mansion, and a Large Storage. Any EXTRA floors will cost 25k-75k depending on current price set.
