[bug] Presidential Pen does too little damage.

-- Presidential pen is a diamond sword, but lacks diamond base damage of 7.

Plain diamond does 7 damage.
Pres pen should do 7 + enchant bonus.
Wooden sword does 4 damage.

Pres pen does 1 total damage.

Strange... Mine has killed blazes in 3-4 hits (mostly healthy blazes). Keep in mind that the Pen does not have the "Sweeping edge" enchant, so the mobs which are hit by a swipe only take 1 damage because of vanilla features. Maybe I could be wrong and didn't notice the alleged bug, but when I have used it, it seems ok (as I remember it)...

Edit: I guess I just didn't mind the amount of hits that it took. The sword seems to be missing the Attack Dmg/Speed attributes.

Also like to add that the looting is definitely not working, Just killed 80-90 wither skellies and not one skull. It's worse than looting III

The health bonus doesn't even give you a full heart, just a half, so literally 1 hp.

Yes, but, it should still stack with the flower for a total of 1 heart.

When you hold two flowers in each hand the effects also do not stack to a full heart.

For what it's worth, I don't think other minecraft effects will stack. Like two Haste-1 beacons won't grant Haste-2, I think. (If I'm wrong someone correct me!)
