I support the revival of this. Sounds like it could be fun. And it's not exactly PvP if players are fighting hordes of mobs...It's like...PvM...Makes me think of Firefight in Halo, or Horde mode in GoW. Maybe a small amount of rupees could be earned and kept? Or even some prizes bought with the arena currency, to take out into other non arena servers. Could have like...An arena shop, just like the EMC shops in the servers now. But yeah, I like the sound of the arena for some player vs mob action. Despite features that may or may not be in it.

To the suggestions, you dot KEEP anything, nor lose it. You get things, but lose them at the end. It is in no way connected to the others. I am not suggesting making a new one, just REVIVING the old one. And for the PvP, that's up for the mods. I think there could a be a couple arenas for it, but mostly focused on working together in the mob part. And did I mention, that gd and diamond supporters could make their own? Just another perk for them.
I think if it was for fighting mobs ONLY then it might be cool but NO pvp PvP Breeds people disliking each other which leads to fighting, granted everyone has a fight once in a while but PvP is gonna make there be even more of that EMC is a very friendly Community and i am against anything that could threaten that
We know that. But if we had people who get mad over death and NOT LOSING ANYTHING, then what else would they be mad for?
PvM would be nice (dystopia as mentioned in a different server) however the EMC group stated the text in the Empire Guide and is in BIG RED LETTERS LIKE THE ONES YOU SEE HERE there is NO PvP allowed on EMC. However if there was a PvM server id like to see an enderdragon flying out of a gate attacking a bunch of challengers like they do those roman movies.
For all you new people who don't know about arena, this. And yes, I support the arena revival... because arena is boss.
I support Dystopia not Arenas... No PVP, just HARD MODE and NO SUNLIGHT I would consider having a SHOP in protected spawn to purchase your needs, not Vault. If you want to have armor, PAY FOR IT. Yea, I have more ideas but Dystopia has not had any discussion in a very long time...
I think the idea of having a mob arena that awards you money and not items would make it more enticing to people. Trying to make it so the items you win stay and the armor and weapons don't would be too much of a pain to program. Awarding money would be easier I think, though I am not sure how Justin has the servers programmed...
