  11. You're unable to make changes to the ending time once bids are placed. However, you also need to say whether it ends at 4 AM or 4 PM. Please respond back with whether you want it set to AM or PM.

  13. The time period can be any period you want. Only thing that matters is being clear about exactly when it ends and making sure the auction doesn't end before it started.

    Anyways, time is fixed and auction can proceed.
