  4. 2 things. 1 It is auctions rules that people can post on the auction with questions and reporting them for it is false reporting which I believe leads to blacklisting [Dont hold me to that] and 2, you dont have to say "Bump" for it to be a bump. A bump is anything from saying "---------- is in the lead with Xk" to being "Dont post unless you bid" just letting you know.
