  3. I'm currently looking into whether or not banned players are able to bid. There's nothing in the rules specifically saying they can't, but if they're banned, then they're technically unable to pay, which can result in a Marketplace blacklist

    The rules state
    "You are expected to pay within 48 hours of winning an auction," -here
    "Anyone not paying for any service offered by a player will be blacklisted from ALL of the Empire Economy section, and will receive a minimum of a 5 day tempban from the EMC servers." - here

    So if a banned player who wins an auction is still banned within the 48 hour period after it ends, they would be unable to pay for their items, which would result in a Marketplace blacklist, as well as a minimum 5 day tempban in addition to their current ban, whatever it may be.
