    A 7 res build that I haven't been able to utilize, hopefully someone here can use it.

    FAIR WARNING: THIS BUILD IS INCOMPLETE

    Just offer me a reasonable price above 175k, first accepted offer will receive it.

    FAIR WARNING: IT'LL COST AROUND 175k TO TRANSFER I'M WILLING TO PAY HALF

    There will be no chests on the res when/if it is sold so you aren't purchasing anything inside of it, just the building itself.

    I'm either selling or taking it down, half of the road edits are done so that saves you time, resources, and a bit of cash if you do buy it.
